GLIMPSE OF LADAKH
DAY01
Feel the cool breeze as you arrive at Kushok Bakula Airport Leh 3500m. Our arepresentative shall receive you at the airport and then transferred to hotel. Full day at rest at your hotel room to acclimatize to the altitude of Ladakh which is must. At your Hotel for lunch and later in the afternoon visit Shanti stupa which offers the best aerial views of Leh town and the 16thcentury built former palace of the Kings of Ladakh i.e. Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace. Evening a brisk walk to stretch your body. Overnight at the hotel.
DAY02
Post breakfast we drive towards west Ladakh, Alchi 65 kms from Leh on the way visit Hall of fame, Magnetic hill, Sangham the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers, and explore Alchi temple built in 11th century, even today its wall mural/ painting looks afresh. Later we drive back to Leh
DAY03
Early morning fullday excursion to Pangong Lake 135 km / 4400m east of Leh crossing Chngla Pass 17500ft and driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day
DAY04
Early morning transfer to Leh airport to board flight back to destination. Journey Ends.
